Written and directed by the Coen brothers, The Ballad of Buster Scruggs is an anthology that tells six different tales about the Old West.

I best not play it too fancy.

Toruk's Take

Nothing beats a good western. I haven’t liked everything the Coen brothers have done but I’ve liked a lot of it. I prefer my westerns to be gritty and realistic, this seems a bit on the goofy-side. But, alas, beggars can’t be choosers and it has been quite a while since I’ve watched a decent one so I’ll likely give this a go.

On a side note, tomorrow is voting day.

I’ll be voting to keep my ‘crumbs’… how about you?

The Ballad of Buster Scruggs starring Tim Blake, Liam Neeson, James Franco, Zoe Kazan, Tyne Day and Tom Waits is scheduled for release November 16, 2018.
