Another trailer for Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.

Sony’s synopsis:

“Once Upon A Time In Hollywood visits 1969 Los Angeles, where everything is changing, as TV star Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) make their way around an industry they hardly recognize anymore. The ninth film from the writer-director features a large ensemble cast and multiple storylines in a tribute to the final moments of Hollywood’s golden age.”

Toruk's Take

Still not sure what to make of this one. It looks like it’s a film that changes tone in a big way, probably by the third act.
The question is, does the transition work? Will the Manson family elements stick out like a sore thumb and seem shoehorned in? Can Tarantino pull off another classic or will he too crumble under the weight of this culture war?

Time will tell.

Once Upon a time In Hollywood starring Leonardo DiCaprio Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Kurt Russell, Timothy Olyphant, Dakota Fanning, Luke Perry, Margaret Qualley, and Al Pacino rolls out into theaters July 26.
